Order Verification
To protect our customers, some orders may require identity or payment verification. This may slightly delay processing. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once dispatched, shipments become the responsibility of the courier. We will, however, support you in filing inquiries with the courier if needed.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we may assist you.
