Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS.

Delivery Times

  • Local Deliveries (Egypt): 2–7 business days depending on the delivery address.

  • International Deliveries: Timeframes vary by country; estimated delivery will be communicated at checkout or upon request.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free-shipping thresholds or promotional rates may apply when available.

Order Verification

To protect our customers, some orders may require identity or payment verification. This may slightly delay processing. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once dispatched, shipments become the responsibility of the courier. We will, however, support you in filing inquiries with the courier if needed.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we may assist you.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by their local authorities.
